Our life groups gather during the week in homes, at the church, or on Zoom.  The aim is to connect with people you feel comfortable with, to study the bible together, support each other, and encourage one another in the faith journey.

We agree with the words of Proverbs 22:6, ‘Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.’  Our aim is to provide a quality program to children from preschool age to senior primary school each Sunday.  We encourage people to join this important ministry and experience the joy of seeing children respond to the gospel.

Playtime operates during the week for preschoolers and their carers.  We provide a welcoming and caring space where connections can be made, children can enjoy themselves, and we can show the love of God to our community. There is free play, craft, singing, story time, and morning tea. 

A group of ladies meet together twice a month to connect, get to know each other, and show the love of God by knitting rugs, beanies, and other items for people in needy situations.

Good marriages don’t happen by chance. They need work and commitment.
Subject to demand, we provide pastoral support and workshops for those who are interested in strengthening their marriage.

Because worship of God is central to our lives, we have a team of musicians and singers who lead singing and worship each week. This includes drums, keyboard, guitar and any other instruments that people know how to play. We welcome newcomers who are gifted in these areas and provide a pathway into this ministry in accordance with safe church practices. 

We aspire to develop our audio visual and livestream capacities.  We have a small team who enable us to have quality sound and visuals in our services and also provide Zoom and other livestream services to those not able to attend church.

We value this ministry highly as our welcomers are the first people we meet when we come through the doors of the church. We want everyone to feel welcome, loved, and accepted.  We believe that God has gifted some people with the capacity to welcome and make people feel as they are ‘home’.  

We believe that sharing food together is a key part of getting to know one another after church and on other special occasions.  We have a team of dedicate people who serve morning tea each Sunday.  We also coordinate two international lunches each year, a Christmas party, and special morning teas when the need arises.

We are committed to getting God’s word into local primary and high schools in partnership with other local churches.  Activities include SRE classes, lunch groups, and occasional practical support to the school. 

Through Baptist Mission Australia MBC touches lives through the Theological College in Malawi and the work in South East Asia.

Through Wycliffe Bible Translators and Pioneers we are supporting causes where the bible is being translated in word and on film so that people are hearing the gospel in their own language.

Through Baptist World Aid we are aiding vulnerable children and empowering local communities to be self supporting and so give hope to children, families, and communities living in poverty.  

Through Operation Christmas Child (OCC) we help provide partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of showing the love of God to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease. 

The Church Management Team’s purpose is to empower ministries by providing effective administrative, financial, and property support. This includes meeting our WHS and compliance requirements, maintaining the building, and providing what support individual ministries need.
